New Year is coming. To avoid long keeping of rigorous diet or acute conditions of digestive system diseases, one should keep in mind as follows:
- replace fatty mayonnaise with 4% yogurt, soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard etc.
- use in salads natural boiled meat, preserved fish au jus instead of sausages;
- do not use packed juices, as they have high caloricity and minimum usability. It is better to drink clean water (you may add cut fruits, ex. lemon). Do not take carbonated drinks;
- Start you meal with vegetable salads and then continue with protein food (meat, fish);
- Prefer baked dishes to fried ones;
- as for drinks, it is better to set your choice on a glass of dry red wine or a little cognac;
- drink a lot of water between the dishes and toasts: it will help you to manage hunger and reduce concentration of alcohol in blood;
- as for the deserts you may have fruits, as they are less calorific, then the various sweets.
