1. Introduction
These “Terms and Conditions” constitute a legal agreement between Khozrevanidze Clinic LLC (Identification No.: 445435707) and the user of the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Patient”). By using the website, the Patient confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration and Account Security
● Registration: The Patient is required to provide accurate and authentic information during registration. If any information changes, the Patient is required to update it accordingly.
● Security: The Patient is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Any action performed through the Patient’s personal account shall be deemed to have been performed by the Patient.
3. Online Appointment Booking Rules
● Booking: An appointment is booked by selecting the desired available time.
● Confirmation: A booking shall be considered confirmed only after the Clinic sends a confirmation notification.
● Cancellation/Rescheduling: The Patient has the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment no later than 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the Clinic reserves the right to restrict the Patient’s ability to make online bookings in the future.
4. Personal Account and Laboratory Tests
● Access: The personal account is a digital space containing the Patient’s medical information. The Patient assumes responsibility for not disclosing their access credentials to third parties.
● Test Results: Laboratory test results will be displayed in the personal account as soon as the examination is completed. For interpretation of the results, the Patient should consult their treating physician.
● Data Errors or Delays: The Clinic shall not be held liable if the display of information is delayed due to technical reasons. In the event of questionable or suspicious results, the Patient should immediately contact the Clinic administration.
5. Limitation of Liability
● The Clinic shall not be responsible for internet connection interruptions, device malfunctions, or other technical factors that prevent the Patient from using the service.
● The Clinic reserves the right to periodically update the website and temporarily suspend the service during technical maintenance.
6. Intellectual Property
All information, designs, logos, and medical content published on the website are the property of Khozrevanidze Clinic and are protected by applicable law.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia.
8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Clinic reserves the right to unilaterally amend this document. Any amendments shall enter into force upon their publication on the website.
