I visited the clinic yesterday and had a really good experience. Dr. Mariam Surmanidze - ophthalmologist- was very kind, attentive, and professional. She took her time to examine my eyes thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and gave me specific recommendations. What I appreciated most was her careful and honest approach. When she had some doubts about the best course of action, she invited a laser eye surgeon for a second opinion rather than making a rushed decision. That really gave me confidence that I was in good hands. The clinic itself also left a great impression. It’s clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend Dr. Surmanidze and this clinic!

We visited the pediatric department of the clinic on October 13th and were extremely satisfied with the care and service we received. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Maria Khukhunaishvili. She is an incredibly kind, friendly, patient, and caring doctor who truly takes her time with her patients. She asked detailed questions to fully understand the problem, listened carefully without rushing us, and patiently answered all our questions. The fact that she speaks English was also a huge advantage for us and made communication much easier. Additionally, we found the clinic's prices very reasonable, even as foreign nationals. Dr. Maria's professionalism, kindness, and compassionate approach made us feel comfortable, safe, and in good hands. It is truly a pleasure to meet doctors who genuinely care about their patients. Everything is clean, bright, and spacious; there is an electronic queue system. The staff is friendly—especially the woman in the lab. The ophthalmology team is very attentive and professional . I had a great experience at this clinic. The atmosphere is welcoming, everything is clean and well organized, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The doctors are professional, take the time to explain everything clearly, and genuinely care about their patients. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this clinic!

I had an MRI and a CT scan done at this hospital, and I am extremely satisfied with the service. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and everything was arranged very quickly and efficiently. Dr. Megi Tsulukidze is an incredibly kind, intelligent, and wonderful woman. I had laser eye surgery at the Khozrevanidize clinic around 4 months ago I was very well looked after, I would like to thank Dr Natia for her patience and understanding! My wife had an eye examination carried out today, she asked me to write on her behalf how caring the clinic staff were. A great clinic, we both give 5 stars & thanks to all the staff at the clinic.

Everything was at the highest level. Special thanks to the nurses and to the chief doctor, Gela Khozrevanidze, for the flawlessly performed tonsil removal surgery, as well as for the attention and caring attitude toward the patients.

The staff and the doctor were so patient and kind with me (I don’t speak Georgian, the doctor speaks English😅). I needed more glaucoma drops. The specific brand isn’t available in Georgia, so the doctor set me up with the equivalent drops here, and explained that I don’t need a prescription like in the USA. I got them at the pharmacy on the first floor - easy peazy! The doctor also quickly checked my eye pressure just to be safe (I had a full exam earlier this year). Definitely going back in a few months when I need another full exam for my old eyes.

This hospital clinics is the best in batumi , had a nice, experience doctors . today I had visited doctor Mariam , she is ophthalmologist doctor, she speaks English and her experience is great.

Visited ENT doctor and therapist. I came in critical condition after private clinic with wrong diagnosis and wrong treatment. Doctors were so helpful , they were really doing their best to help me . They were absolutely professional and confident what they were doing . Also wonderful woman in laboratory, so positive and smiling , I needed my urine test urgent and I asked her if I can pay extra to get my results faster , she said no worries I will do it for you and refused to take money. I felt doctors were really interested to help me so I really appreciated it !!!
